Here are some of the frequently asked questions answered

If you purchased the mutual fund before the cut-off time on a working day, then you will receive the mutual fund units within 2 working days. However, if you place an order to purchase mutual funds on Friday at 4:00 pm, then your order is processed on Monday (as Monday will be the next working day ) and you will receive the units by Wednesday (after 2 working days).

The other possible reasons for the delay in the order are –

Reason 1: User status is either rejected or under verification-

Solution: Please check Account application status from the My Account section in your portal. If the status is “Rejected”, the order is already cancelled.

If your status shows as Verification under Progress, then your order will be processed once your application is verified. This might take a couple of days.

Reason 2: This is your first order

Solution: If it’s your first-ever order, then it might take an additional two or three days to complete the order.

Shootih provides you with mutual funds investment insights based on Artificial Intelligence. Our internal algorithms analyze your transactions through the bank statements that you have uploaded and provide you with AI-based insights.

It generally takes 1-3 working days to receive money in your bank account when you redeem from mutual funds.

  • In the case of Liquid Funds, it takes 1 working day to get the money in account. There are some instant redemption schemes as well through which you can get back the money immediately.
  • In the case of Debt Funds, it takes 2 working days, while in the case of Equity Funds, it takes 3 working days.

To redeem your investments-

  • Go to MF Balance.
  • Go to the Mutual Fund that you want to redeem.
  • Click “Redeem”
  • Confirm to redeem your mutual fund.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, You need to raise a request on our portal. or email us from the registered email of the authoriser requesting us to change the email address. The authentication email will go to both New and Existing Email ID. Once approved by the investor it will be changed.

Yes, you need to raise the request either on our portal or you can email us mentioning the details of the account you want to make primary.

Please provide a scanned copy of the signed letter containing the details of the bank account on the letterhead. 

You will receive an authentication email once approved the selected bank account will become primary and the redemption amount will hit the said bank account.

Shootih does not keep money into their account. We use the BSE Platform, hence your money in no manner whatsoever is with us. It directly hits BSE and from there to relevant AMC in case of purchase of mutual fund. Same happens in the case of redemption.
